The beautifully restored sail loft with exposed old beams in the dining room/lounge/bar area is a masterpiece, offering a charming and cozy setting overlooking the picturesque canal. The rooms are impeccably presented, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a high standard of comfort. The breakfast spread exceeded all my expectations, with a diverse selection that rivaled those of renowned hotels. The staff's attention to every need and their patience in assisting guests truly set this hotel apart.
